What Happens on Your First Visit
If this is your first time calling a pest company, you should know what to expect before anyone arrives. Our first visit is built to identify the pest, find the source and explain the next step in plain language.
1. We ask what you have seen
We may ask where you saw the pest, when it started, whether anyone has been bitten or stung, and whether pets, children, food storage, drains, crawl spaces or attics may be involved.
2. We inspect before we treat
Every good pest service starts with investigation. We look for the pest, the signs it leaves behind, how it may be getting in and what conditions are helping it stay there.
3. We explain the plan
Your technician will explain what was found, what can be treated that day, what may need follow-up and what you can do to help the result last.
4. We protect, fortify and keep watch
When treatment is needed, we keep it targeted. When gaps, moisture, clutter, food sources or entry points are part of the problem, we point those out too. Some problems need monitoring so we can prove activity is dropping and catch new activity early.
5. You get a report
After the visit, you receive a service report that documents what we found, what we did and what we recommend next. For commercial accounts, that report helps support health, safety and audit records.
How long does it take?
Visit length depends on the pest, the size of the property and the conditions we find. A simple inspection may be quick. A detailed treatment, crawl space check, attic inspection or commercial assessment takes longer.
Do you have to come inside?
Not always. Some pests can be inspected and treated mostly from the outside. Other pests, such as bed bugs, cockroaches, stored-product pests, rodents or interior fly problems, often require interior access.
