We offer a Free Comprehensive Inspection, where we will look for current pests, damage from pests, pest entry points, and ways to prevent pests around your home.

Interior Preventative Maintenance

Sometimes we need to perform treatment inside depending on the pests present. Interior Maintenance is always available on request when enrolled in a pest plan.

Personalized Pest Solution

After we have performed the Pest Inspection, we will suggest the best course of action, and services to effectively manage the pests at your home or business.

Email or Text Appt. Reminders

You will enjoy automatic job confirmations sent via text or email in order to keep you in the loop. Scheduling conflict? You can re-schedule at the click of a button.

Exterior De-Webbing

We keep your home or business looking great! Removing spider webs on the exterior of buildings around windows, doors and eaves is routine for all our general pest visits.

Online Account Access

You will have 24/7 access to your online portal. All documents sent via email will be available on your portal to view/download/print as well.

Exterior Preventative Maintenance

We strive to keep pests away by using an array of premium weather resistant products that stand up to even the toughest of weather.

Paperless Statements/Billing

You may manage your estimates and invoices online. You can e-sign and print documents as needed. You can pay account balances through our online portal as well.

Below, this is simplified into our Blue, Silver, and Gold level plans, depending on the amount of Add-On Pests to your base General Pest Preventative Plan. Don't worry, we will always recommend the BEST Plan Frequency and Add-Ons based on inspection and your feedback or current/ongoing pest concerns. In order to Enjoy our Green Plan or Ongoing Rodent Prevention, you must be on our Monthly frequency.

What to Consider?

Location

Some commercial clients will require Urban IPM practices, such as Schools, Day-Cares, Some Governmental Public Buildings etc. If you are one of these places, we have additional info on Urban IPM below the plan info. Other Clients may need an aggressive prevention plan and more add-on services than even the Gold Plan can offer. This is okay. Our Plans are customizable, so you may add-on Fly Prevention for restaurants or , or Bed Bug Prevention for Hotels or Rentals etc.

Customer Traffic

The customer aspect of your business is hugely important in any decision making process for your business. Why would Pest Control be any different? When you enroll in a Pest Control Plan you can rest assured our skilled technicians will keep the exterior of your building web-free, and monitor/prevent pests inside common areas and more. For Interior IPM, we offer smaller discreet monitors and try to place out of view when able. When we see activity that exceeds the threshold, we will take action accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

Pest Control WV takes a Inspection Based Integrated Pest Management Approach. This means we perform a Pest Assessment during your initial visit and also yearly for all commercial clients. Why? Well, over time the ground can settle causing foundation cracking, and or windows, doors, roofs and other areas are prone to gaps and cracks over time which can develop pest entry points on a structure. Over time these gaps and cracks can become more pronounced, potentially leading to water and/or pest entry and damage.

This means we will establish control using standard methods, protect using monitoring and IPM practices, and stand ready to utilize standard treatments when necessary due to established pest thresholds. Pest Assessment Based Control Approach
This IPM approach requires a high level of involvement from the client to respond to potential Building/Perimeter Maintenance in order to effectively control pests within the IPM programs established.

Require High Level Customer Understanding/Action
Customers Must Be willing to engage actively in the IPM program for best success.
Required Notification Prior to Treatments
When treatment intervention is necessary, Occupants or their families must be notified prior to treatments in accordance with state law.
Traditional Pest Products for Lasting Control
Services using traditional pesticides for longer lasting control. All products are safe to children and pets when used in accordance with the label. All treatments would be rendered outside of operating hours.
Best for Aging Structures over 5 years
Structures that may have more gaps and cracks leading to pest entry points. As structures age, weather naturally causes wear and tear on homes, and without proper maintenance, homes can become harborages for moisture and/or pests.
Moderate to High Use Public Spaces
Moderate to high use spaces in urban areas may opt to use traditional treatments when necessary for lasting control to avoid multiple treatments and notice processes.

No one wants to have a pest problem at their home, because it's usually an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. But if you don't get such a problem fixed, it inevitably becomes a much bigger problem and expense. I had a carpenter ant problem that needed to be handled right away. This company had very favorable reviews, so I texted them on a Thursday morning. Martha got back to me within an hour. We chatted by phone and I explained the problem. This is a very busy time of year for pest control companies and their schedule was tight. Their first opening was in two weeks. But Martha sensed that I wanted to move fast, and was able to find a slot in their schedule the next day. Which I truly appreciated. Joel and his son were at my house at 9 AM the next morning, figured out the exact problem and conducted a comprehensive and expert extermination. All within 2 hours. Their work was excellent.
