We offer a Free Comprehensive Inspection, where we will look for current pests, damage from pests, pest entry points, and ways to prevent pests around your home.

Sometimes we need to perform treatment inside depending on the pests present. Interior Maintenance is always available on request when enrolled in a pest plan.

After we have performed the Pest Inspection, we will suggest the best course of action, and services to effectively manage the pests at your home or business.

Exterior De-Webbing

We keep your home or business looking great! Removing spider webs on the exterior of buildings around windows, doors and eaves is routine for all our general pest visits.

You will have 24/7 access to your online portal. All documents sent via email will be available on your portal to view/download/print as well.

Exterior Preventative Maintenance

We strive to keep pests away by using an array of premium weather resistant products that stand up to even the toughest of weather.

Paperless Statements/Billing

You may manage your estimates and invoices online. You can e-sign and print documents as needed. You can pay account balances through our online portal as well.

What to Consider?

Location

Where your home is located makes a huge impact on the pests you may encounter. Homes next to open fields or farms may have more flies. Structures in heavily wooded areas may have more rodents or wildlife, wasps, hornets and spiders. While those in developed neighborhoods may experience less pests, and wildlife due to increased traffic and other homes with pest control helping to control populations.

Materials

The building materials used in construction of the structure are also important. Brick, Cinder block, and poured concrete walls tend to be more pest proof that those made of wood, press-board, vinyl siding or other materials. Although grout can wear away in the brick/block construction allowing gaps for pest entry. Other materials tend to cause more minor gaps and cracks over time that will allow pests entry.

Window/Door Seals

Windows and Doors are probably the most common pest entry points on a structure. Over time the seal around windows and doors tends to deteriorate and create cracks and crevices in which pests can gain entry. This can extend to the crawlspace vents and also sometimes attic vents as well. Wildlife is often to blame for ripping screens that serve as the barrier in these scenarios.

With Pest Control WV, the more Add-On Pest Services you pair with your plan, the more savings you will earn on bundled services and all additional treatments. Below, this is simplified into our Blue, Silver, and Gold level plans, depending on the amount of Add-On Pests to your base General Pest Preventative Plan. Don't worry, we will always recommend the BEST Plan Frequency and Add-Ons based on inspection and your feedback or current/ongoing pest concerns.
For Example, to Add Rodent Prevention or Upgrade to our OMRI compliant Green Plan, you must be on our Monthly frequency. However, Bi-Monthly Flex works for Ticks or Mosquitos, and even Rodent Prevention. PLUS - You can always add Termite Protection or any of these services.
If you don't wan't to add the Pest Ongoing to your plan - we do offer Temporary Add-Ons (Seperate Contract/Frequency/Billing for ANY pest on ANY plan just in case you are on Bi-Monthly and Rodents gain access to your home, this allows you to temporarily add Active Rodent Protection at a higher visit frequency and/or interior monitoring until we find the entry and control the population. Then you can Add Exclusion for rodent entry points. Once we are sure the rodents have been excluded and removed from the interior, you may drop the added service and continue Prevention Only with your original pest service. For Ongoing Add-Ons you will need to check out each plan for their eligible ONGOING pests coverages that pair with your plan visit frequency.

No one wants to have a pest problem at their home, because it's usually an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. But if you don't get such a problem fixed, it inevitably becomes a much bigger problem and expense. I had a carpenter ant problem that needed to be handled right away. This company had very favorable reviews, so I texted them on a Thursday morning. Martha got back to me within an hour. We chatted by phone and I explained the problem. This is a very busy time of year for pest control companies and their schedule was tight. Their first opening was in two weeks. But Martha sensed that I wanted to move fast, and was able to find a slot in their schedule the next day. Which I truly appreciated. Joel and his son were at my house at 9 AM the next morning, figured out the exact problem and conducted a comprehensive and expert extermination. All within 2 hours. Their work was excellent.
