Urban IPM in Schools and Daycares

What do we mean by customize?

You can choose which add-on services to pair with our base plan.

Pest Control WV understands not all Schools and Daycare Facilities are the same, and neither are their pest control needs. Due to the variety of building materials used and degradation from age, every structure is unique in its characteristics that invite/allow pests to gain entry. Some of the main entry points are uniform such as windows and doors, however beyond that, we offer a Pest Assessment add-on for new re-occurring Commercial Clients to help communicate these areas that may need intervention.

Urban IPM is Different. It's maintenance Focused Pest Prevention and Monitoring, with Intervention as needed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a terrific family-owned and -operated business. (Husband, wife and son.) No one wants to have a pest problem at their home, because it's usually an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. But if you don't get such a problem fixed, it inevitably becomes a much bigger problem and expense. I had a carpenter ant problem that needed to be handled right away. This company had very favorable reviews, so I texted them on a Thursday morning. Martha got back to me within an hour. We chatted by phone and I explained the problem. This is a very busy time of year for pest control companies and their schedule was tight. Their first opening was in two weeks. But Martha sensed that I wanted to move fast, and was able to find a slot in their schedule the next day. Which I truly appreciated. Joel and his son were at my house at 9 AM the next morning, figured out the exact problem and conducted a comprehensive and expert extermination. All within 2 hours. Their work was excellent. Plus, they are all decent, caring and honest people. I'm really glad that I trusted my instincts and selected this company. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed someone to remove a large wasp nest from my crawlspace, and these folks did a great job. Highly recommended!

We have had the Neighborly Pest Control folks come out three times now for three different wasp nests. They always do a great job, and we highly recommend them.
