We offer several One-Time or Stand Alone Pest Services and Re-Occurring General Pest Control Plans. All of our services can be customized by expanding the covered pests, equipment or methods used, frequency, or areas treated during service visits. Since we offer the same great service regardless of the plan, we will help you choose which one is best based on the results of our inspection and your expectations.

Basic Blue Plan + Add-Ons

Our Basic Blue Plan covers most general pests and comes with every visit frequency available. This plan will be sufficient for most clients that do not require add-on pests. However, if your home requires additional services, such as rodent control, or mosquito control; They can be added as needed to your plan.

We offer comprehensive plan options for Residential, Commercial, and Urban IPM clients. Additionally, we offer Green Services and/or Organic Services upon request with our Green Plan Add-On.

Comprehensive Inspection

We offer a Free Comprehensive Inspection, where we will look for current pests, damage from pests, pest entry points, and ways to prevent pests around your home.

Interior Preventative Maintenance

Sometimes we need to perform treatment inside depending on the pests present. Interior Maintenance is always available on request when enrolled in a pest plan.

Personalized Pest Solution

After we have performed the Pest Inspection, we will suggest the best course of action, and services to effectively manage the pests at your home or business.

Email or Text Appt. Reminders

You will enjoy automatic job confirmations sent via text or email in order to keep you in the loop. Scheduling conflict? You can re-schedule at the click of a button.

Exterior De-Webbing

We keep your home or business looking great! Removing spider webs on the exterior of buildings is routine for all our general pest visits.

Online Account Access

You will have 24/7 access to your online portal. All documents sent via email will be available on your portal to view/download/print as well.

Exterior Preventative Maintenance

We strive to keep pests away by using an array of premium weather resistant products that stand up to even the toughest of weather.

Paperless Statements/Billing

You may manage your estimates and invoices online. You can e-sign and print documents as needed. You can pay account balances through our online portal as well.

No one wants to have a pest problem at their home, because it's usually an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. But if you don't get such a problem fixed, it inevitably becomes a much bigger problem and expense. I had a carpenter ant problem that needed to be handled right away. This company had very favorable reviews, so I texted them on a Thursday morning. Martha got back to me within an hour. We chatted by phone and I explained the problem. This is a very busy time of year for pest control companies and their schedule was tight. Their first opening was in two weeks. But Martha sensed that I wanted to move fast, and was able to find a slot in their schedule the next day. Which I truly appreciated. Joel and his son were at my house at 9 AM the next morning, figured out the exact problem and conducted a comprehensive and expert extermination. All within 2 hours. Their work was excellent.
